Narrative description
This property is a typical small Virginia farm
from the last century.  These little farms are
getting scarce and it's becoming more and
more difficult to find one.

As with many of the properties that come
on the market these days, a lot of this
farm has been logged.  I'm not sure
how many acres have been "cut-over"
and how many acres are open fields, but

There's a significant creek running through
this farm for about 2000 feet.  I rate it a
"jump over" creek (as opposed to "step

mostly full of junk, but one has a chicken
coop in it. One was probably a garage

and another has a big pile of kindling
wood in it.

low ceilings.  In other words, this house
is not much, but it can be lived in.  It
has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living
