Narrative:
This home needs work.
Please see the "fix-up" notes.
This home has three bedrooms and two baths, one of
which is a half-bath.
In addition, there is an unfinished
room adjacent to the master bedroom that has been
roughed-in as a master bathroom. In other words,
it has one and half bathrooms now and it will have
two and half bathrooms when a new owner decides
to finish the master bathroom.
It has more than 1500 square feet of living space on
two floors. The upstairs has a full bathroom and two
bedrooms. The ground floor has a living room with
a wood-burning fireplace, a foyer, a master bedroom
with another wood-burning fireplace, a half-bath, a
laundry area, and an eat-in kitchen. As noted above,
there is a room connected to the master bedroom that
can be finished-off as a master bath. There is a rather
rough unfinished basement that has an outside entrance
but no indoor entrance -- there's no inside stairway to
the basement.
Outdoors, there is a 20' by 16' workshop. It has
electricity, a propane gas wall heater and a small
window air conditioner. In addition, there is a 1-bay
equipment shed.
A recent storm has caused the loss of a magnificent
old oak tree that was about 4 feet in diameter.
Nevertheless, there are half a dozen other old
hardwood trees scattered nicely through the yard.
Because this home is perched on the top of a hill it
has great views of sunsets from the back yard and
from the upstairs bedrooms.
