that looks almost new.  The original owner only
lived in it for a short time.  Then his estate was
tied up for a couple of years, so it has hardly
been lived in. 

All of the appliances and the furniture that you
see in the photos come with the property.  There
is an electric range, a refrigerator, a washing
machine and a dryer.  The furniture includes a
sofa, lounge chair, side table, and dinette set
with a table and four chairs.

This mobile home has a particularly nice brick
foundation and  two small porches.  It is
surrounded by open hay fields and set back
about 100 feet from the road in front.  There are
about two acres of trees in the distance -- about
500 feet away.   

The road in front is a state-maintained blacktop
road with very little traffic.

The land slopes slightly to the rear and, about
1000 feet away, there is frontage on a road with
even less traffic than the one in front of the home.
