Richmond, VA.  It's probably only about 25 miles
from Brandermill, the major suburban shopping area
Southwest of Richmond.

For horse lovers, there is a 10-stall barn with tack and
feed rooms, 3 paddocks and 2 hayfields.  The arena is
180 feet by 50 feet.

It's conceivable that a family could set up a riding school
here and also have regular employment in Richmond.

There is underground electric service to both the house
and the barn.  The barn has a separate electric meter. 

The home is a 2700 square foot brick rancher with
3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  It has an alarm system,
intercom system, central vac, underground electricity,
and a wood-burning fireplace in the rec room.  The
rec room is particularly nice.   It was designed to
open directly onto a concrete patio, so the floor in the
rec room is two feet lower than the rest of the floors
in the house.

This home is well-suited for entertaining also.  The
private sleeping area is quite separate from the public
areas.  The kitchen, two dining rooms and the living
room are all open for easy mingling of visitors.  The
rec room has a dance floor and a counter for use by
a disc jockey.  The double glass doors open onto a
27-foot by 14-foot concrete patio for more dance
space.  The fireplace and ceiling lights on dimmer
switches provide additional atmosphere. 

The home and the 10-stall horse barn are both in
