Narrative description
This home is located at the edge of a small town of
about 600 people called Charlotte Court House.  An
energetic person could walk to almost everything in
town.  There are two convenience stores/gas stations
within half a mile.  Then, a little farther away, there is
a bank, the Post Office, the county court house, the
county library, several restaurants, a few small
businesses and a couple of lawyers' offices.  All the
county administrative offices, the sheriff's office, and
the volunteer fire department are within about a mile.

There are two medical clinics, several doctors and
a pharmacy in town.

The high school and the middle school are on the
far side of town -- about a mile and a half from this
home.  The nearest elementary school is about
6 miles away.

The house itself is only about 600 square feet with
2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  There is a small back
porch.  The floor plan is on the fifth page of this
