(#04290) has just been sold. The owner has just made a dramatic change in this property. He has had a bulldozer operator cut more than a mile of trails. The trails lead all the way to the edge of the river in two places. There is even a “canoe slip” -- a place to launch a canoe or a kayak -- at one point. Please see the topographic plat showing the network of trails and hills with scenic views from 60 feet above the surrounding territory. These two listings (#04290 and #04300) are actually parts of a 172-acre tract of land that has more than half a mile of frontage on the Banister River. Both parcels have river frontage and road frontage. These properties are about two-thirds fields and one-third cut-over (just stumps and tree limbs left after a logging operation).
