Narrative:
This property is located in bucolic Charlotte County
about 4 hours from Washington, DC or an hour and
a half from either Richmond or Lynchburg, VA. 

It was cut-over a few years ago so there are stumps
and left-over limbs and branches left behind by the
loggers.  However, I can see a lot of young hardwoods
coming back.  They're still just small trees about 4 or
5 inches in diameter and 25 feet tall but, eventually,
this 27 acres will look like a forest again.

This parcel is part of a small subdivision consisting of
about a dozen lots from 5 acres to 30 acres.  Most of
the other lots already have homes on them.  There are
some beneficial restrictions on these lots, but I don't
have the list yet.
