Narrative Description:
This is a great get-away for someone working
in Southern Virginia (South Boston, Danville) or
Northern North Carolina (Oxford, Roxboro, 
or even the "Research Triangle" area.  Durham is
only about 70 miles from this property. 

There is a small creek running through this property
and that creek is still running even though we are in
a 6-month drought.  It's only a little creek ("step over"
type), but seems to have a good strong flow.

This property is quite hilly with a great place for a  
homesite on top of the hill about 50 or 60 feet above
the level of the highway.  Obviously that reduces the
sound of traffic.

The whole property is covered with lovely old oak
trees 70 feet tall.  SORRY!  THE OWNER JUST
SOLD ALL THOSE TREES.  I'll have to get
new photos as soon as I can.
