Narrative:

This property is mostly wooded with good cover for all kinds of wildlife.  We know it has plenty of deer, turkey, quail and squirrel. 

It's located in South Central Virginia about 63 miles southeast of Lynchburg.  That means that it is approximately two and a half hours from either the ocean beaches or the mountain ski slopes.

It is relatively private, but not secluded.  It has over 500 feet of frontage on a good state-maintained blacktop road.  And, in the back, it is bordered by a bold creek.

It has several possible homesites, but no soil tests have been conducted yet.
